Trainer Pulse’s services
Trainer Pulse provides services for conducting Online Personal Training of our Customers and their Clients who also access Trainer Pulse through the online platform (our “Services”).
Our Services may change from time to time, or we may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing our Services, or any feature therein, to you or to all our Customers. We reserve the right to create limits on access and use of the Services in our sole discretion.

By using the site, you are agreeing that we will not have any liability to you in contract, or for any tort if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Trainer Pulse takes the protection of Customer data very seriously. Trainer Pulse has various policies and systems in place to enforce the safety of Customer data and the privacy of its clients.

Uploading content to our site
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our site, or request your client to upload content to Trainer Pulse you must only collect the required data for you to fulfill your business obligations. Prior to uploading content you must be fully aware of the GDPR regulations to ensure you do not breach any data protection laws.
You warrant to us that any such contribution by you will comply with those standards, and you expressly agree that, as that is entirely your activity and we have no control over what you do, will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.
If you are a Customer, this means you will be directly responsible for all and any loss, expense, claim or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty. Do not upload any confidential information to our site or any information which is the intellectual property of a third party.
Linking to our site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link to our site in any website that is not owned by you. Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page.
Payments & Refunds
A valid credit card is required for set up of all paid plan accounts - all credit card details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any credit card details.
Charges for access to the Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of use of the Services, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with on an active account.
Cancellation & Termination
You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by emailing email@example.com - requests are dated once the email is received and will be actioned as soon as possible.
Trainer Pulse, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services, or any other Trainer Pulse Services, for any reason at any time. Such termination of Services will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account with no refund.
